About Envision:You, now part of Denver Family Institute

Envision:You was founded in 2018 to close gaps in behavioral health outcomes for LGBTQ+  (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning) communities through co-created community programming, advocacy engagement, public awareness campaigns, and evidence-based training. Our organization addresses the unique needs LGBTQ+ people have when considering and accessing behavioral healthcare and treatment for substance use. The LGBTQ+ Behavioral Health Provider Training is a flagship program of Envision:You was developed to meet these unique needs, through equipping providers with skills to affirm their queer clients.

In September 2025, Envision:You's programs became part of Denver Family Institute, a sliding scale mental health clinic that also provides an intensive Marriage and Family Therapy Training and Supervision Program, as well as administers the Systemic Provider Training for Queer Youth Clients. which mentors the next generation of relational, strength-based therapists by providing quality, sliding scale mental health services.

As members of an often misunderstood minority group, the community frequently face discrimination, violence, and poor mental health outcomes. Although it requires great strength and courage, seeking support is one of the most important steps a person with a mental health and/or substance use disorder can take. We have committed ourselves to improving the mental health of LGBTQ+ community with a multifaceted approach in collaboration with partners from around the state to support, educate, and empower community members.
